REPLACEMENT ONLY

For OUPV/Six-Pack students, upon request inside your online account, a Chart Plotting Test Pack will be shipped out at no additional charge. DO NOT OPEN until prompted to do so while taking the online exam. If opened/tampered with, the entire test will be scored as a failure. The fee for the replacement packets is $29.95.

As long as this policy is followed, there is NO additional charge for taking the online proctored exam.
