By selecting the Online Introduction link you will view a Quicktime Movie which gives you a brief overview of the Mariners Learning System™ Online classroom. You will also be introduced to navigating through the lecture portion of the Mariners Learning System™ Online program.

By selecting the Online Demo Link you will be taken to a live Mariners Learning System™ Online classroom. Here you will find four Modules, Deck Safety; Deck General; Rules of the Road; and Piloting and General Navigation.

By selecting the Module I (DECK SAFETY) Tab you will find that the Marine Radiotelephone chapter is available for you to enter the classroom and take the lesson. It is recommended that you begin with reviewing the Lesson Plan and follow the Module Structure. Once you have finished the lesson be sure to complete the online quiz and review your results.

While in the demo classroom you can select the different Module Tabs to view the Chapters contained in the OUPV/Six-pack classroom. In addition you can select the Help/Podcast/Video and Resources Icons to get a better idea of the additional learning materials available to our students. These links are not live, however, you will be able to get a good feel for how the Mariners Learning System™ Online classroom streamlines the learning process.
