The National Maritime Center (NMC) has launched a new Help Telephone Line designed to provide Mariners with the most up-to-date information and answer any questions relating to the licensing process, call 1-888-I-ASK-NMC (1-888-427-5662). In addition a new email address has also been created IASKNMC@USCG.mil to improve communications with Mariners.
